Οι Α' και οι Ε' τάξεις του σχολείου μας έμαθαν και γιόρτασαν τα επιτεύγματα των έγχρωμων ανθρώπων που άφησαν το στίγμα τους στην κοινωνία μας στο πλαίσιο του μαύρου μήνα που γιορτάζεται κάθε Φλεβάρη στην Αμερική. Σε δύσκολους καιρούς που διανύουμε με τα άσχημα γεγονότα για όλους μας, επιλέγουμε να δώσουμε στα παιδιά το παράδειγμα της ελπίδας.
Με την ελπίδα να ακολουθήσουμε όλοι το δίδαγμα της Mays Angelou... Let's hope that no matter what...Still we 'll rise...

In order to communicate with our partners and present our common points, we came up with fun ways to talk about emotions. We were all inspired by emotions to create ... stories, paintings, booklets, and board games! There are many benefits to playing board games about emotions! These activities help us talk about our feelings! Expressing your emotions can be really tricky but with our activities and board games, it is made easier and great fun! While playing these games, we felt closer to each other and we realized that we share some feelings or we can understand each other`s emotions. These games allowed us to feel safer and more comfortable talking about how we are feeling! We would like to present some of our creations

Whoever opens them will become our friends forever! With our friendship boxes, we created meaningful connections and treasured memories! Every friendship box tells a different story of kindness and positive feelings! Our boxes remain in our classroom and remind us of all the precious moments we spend with our friends! We are constantly reminded that we need friends and we need to make an effort to keep our friendships strong!
